- Concierges are trained to handle luxury items, provide high quality customer service, and take time to understand the brands they are serving and the products they are delivering.
- Our concierges act as your employees. Concierges wait for clients to assess and/or try on products and manage immediate returns. Our concierges take customer feedback and relay it to you.
- Our concierges are well dressed, well-spoken, highly respectful and committed to customer satisfaction.
- Our concierges are vetted and directly employed.
Pricing
- Last-Mile Delivery: Delivery for luxury brands to Gauteng clients is a flat fee of R500.00 per delivery.
- Full Service: Managing delivery for luxury brands and retailers to local and international customers will be cost dependent.
- Free Delivery: To give you a chance to try us out, we offer free delivery for first-time clients!
